This means you will be credited the amount for the products minus the delivery charge to us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to accept any returns for paint that has been mixed for the customer in any capacity. This is due to the fact that we will be unable to sell that product again as that colour is specific to the customer that ordered it. Please ensure you have selected the correct colour before ordering and ask to be send a colour chart in the post if you are not sure. We are not responsible for any views we express regarding colours and any advice we give, it is your responsibility to select the correct colour. If the customer returns goods from an order where they received free delivery, we will refund the price of the returned goods minus the delivery charge of £7.44. This covers the company’s costs, otherwise the company may actually make a loss on the order if the company pays this fee. This is the same for returning complete orders for a refund when the customer has received free delivery. The order will be refunded minus the delivery charge as we still have to pay this.

We shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery or performance resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to, war, demands or requests of Government authorities, strikes, shortages of labour, fuel, power, raw materials, late or defective performance or non-performance by suppliers, transportation disruptions, inability to ship or other causes, beyond our reasonable control.
